Our Agreement with You
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the delivery services from Pronto Materiali Lombardia. We are based in Peschiera Borromeo and deliver building materials all around the Milan area. When you ask us to deliver something, you agree to these rules. It keeps things clear for everyone, just like a handshake here in Lombardy.
About Our Service
We deliver building and construction materials to your site or home. We aim to be reliable and on time, making your job easier. Our goal is to get your materials from the supplier to your location without fuss, whether you're in Rho or Sesto San Giovanni.
Placing an Order
You can place an order by calling us, sending an email, or using our website contact form. Tell us what materials you need, the delivery address, and when you need it. We'll give you a clear quote. Once you agree to the quote, that's when we consider your order confirmed. Please make sure all details are correct to avoid any problems.
Delivery Details
We will do our best to deliver your materials on the agreed date and time. Sometimes, things outside our control can cause delays, like heavy traffic on the Tangenziale or unexpected bad weather. If there's a problem, we'll tell you as soon as we can. You need to make sure the delivery spot is safe and clear for our truck and drivers. If we can't deliver because the site isn't ready, we might need to charge for a second attempt. We value our drivers' time, like Marco's.
Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon when you place your order. This could be upfront or upon delivery. We accept common payment methods. All prices we quote are in Euros (€). If payment isn't made as agreed, we might need to hold the delivery or charge extra fees. We're straightforward about costs, no surprises.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your delivery, please tell us right away. The sooner you let Giulia know, the better. We might charge a fee if you cancel at the last minute, especially if our truck is already on its way or materials have been loaded specifically for your order. We try to be fair, but late changes cost us time and resources.
What You Need to Do (Your Responsibilities)
You need to: * Give us correct and complete information for your order and delivery. * Make sure the delivery site is safe and accessible for our trucks and personnel. This means no obstacles, clear paths, and enough space to maneuver our vehicles. * Be ready to receive the delivery or have someone reliable there to do it. * Check the materials right away when they arrive. If something is wrong or damaged, tell our driver or call us immediately.
What We Promise (Our Responsibilities)
We promise to: * Deliver your ordered materials carefully and professionally. * Try our best to stick to the agreed delivery times. * Communicate with you if there are any issues or delays. * Handle your information with care, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Things We Can't Be Responsible For
We do our best, but we can't be held responsible for: * Delays caused by things outside our control, like very bad weather, unexpected road closures, or supplier issues. * Problems with the materials themselves if they arrived sealed and undamaged from the supplier. You should talk to the material supplier for those issues. * Any damage to your property if it was caused by unsafe access or incorrect instructions you gave us for the delivery spot. * Any financial losses you have because of delays or issues, beyond the cost of our delivery service itself.
Website Use
The content on our website (like text, pictures, our logo) belongs to Pronto Materiali Lombardia. You can use our website to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't copy or use our website content for other reasons without asking us first. It's just good manners.
Solving Problems
If there's a problem, please talk to us first. We believe in open communication to sort things out. If we can't agree, these terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any serious disagreements would be handled by the courts in Milan.
